Khai Pays Tribute To Late Rock Legend
Khairul Nizam Wahi has described the sudden death from heart failure of rock legend Samad Mian of the group Lefthanded as a major loss to Malaysian music.
Samad, of Johor Baru, died on October 23, 2008 at 45. He was the lead guitarist of Lefthanded, a band which was hugely popular in the 1980s.
In 1995, he won Best Solo Rock Album in the Music Industry Awards (AIM).

Samad, dari Johor Baru, meninggal dunia akibat sakit jantung pada Oktober 23, 2008. Beliau berumur 45 tahun. Lefthanded amat popular di tahun 1980an.
Dalam tahun 1995, Allahyarham memenangi Album Rock Solo Terbaik di Anugerah Industri Muzik (AIM).
