AF 2014 With Datuk Hattan

Datuk Hattan, judge of seasons five and nine, is principal of AF 2014.

His most famous student is Ikhwal Hafiz Ismail, 22, from Teluk Intan, Perak.

Ikhwal or Ewal did the country proud when he won four gold medals and a silver at the World Championship Of Performing Arts (WCOPA) 2008 in Hollywood, the US.

He sings in 14 languages and plays the piano, guitar and drums.

The son of ex-Wings member Ismail Zainuddin or Mel, Ikhwal has been singing since he was 4 and started composing at 12.

Then there is Walfadhilah Suhaizat, 19, from Banting, who participated in the talent search Bintang RTM (Stars Of RTM) 2012.

The others are Azwan Satar, 31, from Batu Pahat, Johor, Firman Bansir, 25, from Tawau, Sabah, Aman Aziz, 21, from Melaka, Zarif Kamil, 26, from Johor Baru, Farez Adnan, 19, from Ampang, Selangor, Nina Nadira Naharuddin, 22, from Subang Jaya, Selangor, Adeline Masidah, 21, from Tambunan, Sabah, Nuha Zainordi, 21, from Klang, Selangor, Ziha Salleh, 20, from Johor Baru and Muna Munadi, 20, from Kuantan, Pahang.

Meanwhile, Hafiz Suip has won in the regional music awards Anugerah Planet Muzik 2014 in Singapore.

He's got Best Duo with Indonesian singer Datuk Rossa.

Aisyah Aziz has won Best Collaboration In A Song for Mimpi, written and composed by Faizal Tahir.

Saida Tarudin's sister, Malaysia's Angel Of Music and Queen Of Pop Datuk Siti Nurhaliza continues to reign as the region's Best Female Vocalist.
